A refreshing change from the usual Scandinavian and New Nordic dining we are so used to in the Nordics, even the Scandinavians need new flavours to refresh their quality palettes. …And dining on fresh European coastal cuisine in a stunning location, does just the trick. 

Bonnie’s is a beautiful restaurant located in the very heart of the unique and fairly new, Bank Hotel. A building that has lived many lives – the head office of a bank, “modern interpretation of a renaissance palace”. The essence of its origins which started in 1910 as a bank still remains strong in the character of the art nouveau décor which serves as a stunning backdrop to this Mediterranean inspired restaurant. 

We love the contrasting blend of lush, aqua-green velvet, strong marble pillars and colourful art all under the impressive 6-meter-high glass ceilings and chandeliers. 

Bonnie’s is open 7 days a week – serving up breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. You may also want to explore the rest of the hotel bars as well as their chic rooftop terrace in the summer. 

Note: If you are in the mood for dessert, be sure not to miss the “Piggy Bank” dessert – a favourite for the whole table.
